| Principal | • Candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in any subject along with a B.Ed qualification and should also possess a minimum of 12 years of teaching experience. |
| TGT | • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, along with a B.Ed qualification. In addition, the candidate should have passed the STET or CTET Paper II examination. |
| PGT | • Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks along with a B.Ed. degree. However, for those who have completed an integrated 4-year degree course, a separate B.Ed qualification is not required. For subject-wise vacancy details, candidates should refer to the official notification. |
| Staff Nurse (Female) | • Candidate must have completed B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic Nursing and be registered with the State Nursing Council. In addition, a minimum of 2.5 years of relevant work experience is required. |
| Hostel Warden | • Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India. |

Candidates shortlisted through Tier-II are called for Interview. Final result for Principal is prepared by considering Tier-II and Interview performance in the ratio of 80% and 20% respectively.
Candidates are shortlisted for the Skill Test / Typing Test on the basis of Tier-II performance. The skill test is qualifying in nature, while final merit is based on Tier-II performance among candidates who qualify the skill test.
For posts other than Principal and JSA, the ESSE-2025 result is based on performance in the Tier-II examination, subject to verification of eligibility, documents and other prescribed recruitment conditions.

Q1. Is the EMRS Tier-II Result 2026 declared? Ans: Yes. NESTS has started releasing the ESSE-2025 Tier-II results post-wise. The Principal Tier-II result was released on 03 September 2026 and the JSA Tier-II result was released on 05 September 2026. |

Q2. Is the EMRS Tier-II Result declared for all posts? Ans: No. Candidates should not treat the current update as the result of all 7,267 posts. NESTS is publishing post-wise result notices, and candidates should check the official ESSE-2025 page for their respective post. |

Q3. When was the EMRS Tier-I Result 2026 declared? Ans: The ESSE-2025 Tier-I result was declared on 31 January 2026 along with the selection status of candidates shortlisted for Tier-II. The Tier-I cutoff marks were also published separately. |
